Terms & Conditions

At Moroccan Glow Spa, we reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the best experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that you review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment.

Deposits:

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Appointment Changes & Rescheduling:

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or rescheduling.

Changes made 48 hours or more before your appointment may transfer your deposit to your new appointment.

Changes made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment: Your deposit will be forfeited.

Same-day cancellations: You will be charged 50% of the total scheduled service amount.

No-shows:

Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the total scheduled service amount.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled appointment time. Depending on the length of your delay, your service may need to be shortened to avoid delaying other guests. Full service fees may still apply.

If you arrive more than 20% of your scheduled service time late, your appointment will be considered a missed appointment. In this case, the appointment will be forfeited and the full missed appointment fee will be charged.

Card on File:

A valid credit or debit card is required to secure your appointment. By booking with Moroccan Glow Spa, you authorize us to charge your card in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policies outlined above.

You also authorize Moroccan Glow Spa to charge the card on file for any outstanding balance for services rendered that remains unpaid after your appointment, including any balance remaining after the application of a deposit, gift card, or other form of payment.

Agreement:

By booking an appointment with Moroccan Glow Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
